Design Directions


    Direction 1

    When the first priority while filtering in the app is the location of the buyers and sellers, making it as convenient, like typical e-commerce.
    Direction 2

    With the intention of Craigslist being an advertising agency more than e-commerce, focusing on helping the users find the “perfect” product.


    Final Direction

    For the final design direction I decided to go with the advertising product rather than e-commerce (keeping in mind the stakeholder interview).

    I wanted to improve the user’s experience by improving the UI of the platform by prioritizing the fine tuning of graphic design on the website.

    I also wanted to tap into the existing “brand identity” of Craigslist and properly integrate it into the platform.
