It is a conceptual “safe space” for me. I imagined it as a familiar and comfortable cafe/restaurant where I could work on things I need to without being slowed down by my ADHD, and could back on track after being under or overstimulated.
There are multiple components that exist inside it:
DopaMenu (a book) for when I'm understimulated,
DopaReset (a web experience) for when I'm overstimulated, and
DopaDive (the publication) talking about common experiences with ADHD.
